Our experienced Event Planners coordinate over 800 events a year and are ready to add those special touches to your event to make it special and unique. Price your Reception Online and get an idea of what we can do!

Your all inclusive Banquet Hall and Reception Packages includes:

A Five Hour Event Bar will close 1/2 hour prior to the end of all events. (Drees and Emerald Package events are 4 hours).		Banquet Hall Rental Exquisitely decorated! Hall Rental is not included for Drees or Grand.		Complete Set-Up And clean-up of room--working with vendors for set-up.
Full Length Linen Tablecloths/Napkins Tablecloths are available in ivory or black. Napkins are available in a variety of colors.  Not included at Drees Pavilion.		Event Planning Services Hosting more then 800 events each year, we have the experience to help you plan the perfect event!		Complimentary Centerpieces We have many floral vases to choose from.
Video Projection Package Not Available at the Arbor Room,Emerald Room, or Drees Pavilion.		Unlimited Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks With Hot and Iced tea, sweeteners, creamers, soft drinks, regular and decaffeinated coffee.		Open Bar for Bottled Beer & Wine Large selection of domestic bottled beers, as well as Fred Franzia Dona Sol Wine.
Displayed and passed Hors d'oeuvres On arrival, your guests will be greeted with a variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres.		Passed Wine - as your guests arrive What says "welcome" better then a glass of red or white wine, provided by our wait staff.		Plate-Serve Salad When your reception is ready to begin, our staff of waiters will serve a delicious salad to all of your guests.
Banquet Staff Professional staff capable of accommodating all your guests needs.		Fine China Placesettings Your guests will dine on fine china, silverware, glassware, and round tables.		Champagne Toast for Bridal Party A champagne toast for the bridal party, as well as cake cutting and plating services
